Job Description
The Video Producer will be responsible for managing video projects from concept to completion, collaborating with various teams to create high-quality video content for marketing, training, and corporate communications. This role involves hands-on production tasks such as filming, editing, and incorporating motion graphics, while also overseeing project timelines and ensuring brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute video projects for internal and external audiences.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines for video requests.
- Film and edit video content, incorporating motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Lead video shoots, including lighting, sound, and directing talent.
- Produce and manage intracompany livestreams and broadcasted content.
- Ensure video content aligns with corporate branding and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, balancing creative and technical priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine video content.
- Provide feedback and support to other Video team members.
- Work with external vendors and production companies as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience operating professional video cameras and related equipment, specifically Sony DSLRs and Cinema Cameras Sony A7R, A7S, FS5.
- Experience with livestream productions including ATEM and audio mixer.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
