Job Description
The job involves managing cross-functional collaboration between Systems Engineering and Software Operations to drive project progress in the autonomous driving technology sector. Responsibilities
- •Manage cross-functional collaboration between Systems Engineering and Software Operations.
- •Coordinate between teams to unblock issues and communicate needs.
- •Clarify requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- •Create roadmap and project plans with Tech Lead Managers.
- •Guide planning and execution processes of the engineering team.
- •Manage and track project status, identify risks, and raise resource allocation concerns.
- •Manage team priorities to ensure delivery of program goals.
- •Communicate project status updates and summarize team progress.
- •Assist in decision making by summarizing data regarding issues and project needs.
- •Respond to escalations and changing priorities effectively.
- •Translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- •Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
- •Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Requirements
- •At least 7 years of total working experience.
- •5 years of experience in leading a project team preferably in the autonomous vehicle, robotics, aerospace, medical device or automotive industry.
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent technical experience or aptitude.
- •Excellent communication skills, and an ability to build relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration between people and teams.
- •Mastery of project management tools and Agile methodologies.
- •Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions.
- •Demonstrate strong understanding of software development process.
- •Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
