Job Description
The Account Executive at Pure Storage is responsible for managing relationships and sales strategies for assigned accounts in Houston, Texas, focusing on selling innovative data storage solutions. Responsibilities
- •Coordinate overall strategy and relationship with assigned accounts
- •Engage in team-selling efforts to close business quarterly and annually
- •Evangelize Pure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions
- •Build and invest in customer relationships to drive satisfaction
- •Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customer acquisition
- •Drive and manage a robust pipeline of sales activity to meet quotas
Requirements
- •Experience selling into customers in Houston, Texas.
- •5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
- •Consistently delivering 5-10M per year in revenues.
- •Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- •Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders.
- •Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
