Job Description
The International Project Manager at Insight M will serve as the primary liaison between international flight crews, clients, and internal teams, focusing on project operations and execution primarily in Latin America while also participating in logistics planning and customer support in other regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between international flight crews, clients, and internal teams.
- Oversee project operations and execution primarily in Latin America.
- Participate in logistical planning and customer support in other regions.
- Utilize internal planning and tracking tools to supervise daily aerial operations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and develop an understanding of production workflows.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and provide periodic updates.
- Ensure a positive experience throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y de personal en un entorno internacional.
- Capacidad para servir como el principal punto de conexión entre tripulaciones de vuelo internacionales, clientes y equipos internos.
- Pensamiento analítico y orientación al detalle.
- Capacidad para prosperar en entornos dinámicos y multifuncionales.
- Experiencia en la planificación logística y soporte al cliente en proyectos internacionales.
- Uso de herramientas internas de planificación y seguimiento para supervisar operaciones aéreas diarias.
- Desarrollo de un sólido entendimiento de los flujos de trabajo de producción.
- Liderar reuniones al inicio de cada proyecto y proporcionar actualizaciones periódicas.
