Job Description
The job involves leading the development and optimization of data infrastructure to support business intelligence and analytics within a rapidly growing Global Professional Services team. The role requires a blend of skills in data architecture, analysis, and visualization to drive data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- •Build and optimize data pipelines for ETL using SQL from various internal data sources.
- •Analyze and structure raw data for efficient processing and storage in a Data Warehouse.
- •Develop visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for stakeholders.
- •Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions.
- •Identify and implement internal process improvements and automate workflows.
- •Ensure data accuracy and adherence to analytics best practices.
- •Expand and refine Tableau dashboards and enhance reporting processes.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data infrastructure needs.
- •Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
- •Build analytical solutions to improve key business metrics.
Requirements
- •8 years of experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- •Strong knowledge of Snowflake mandatory and cloud-based Data Warehouses understanding of database structures in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
- •Expertise in Tableau required.
- •Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
- •Ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
- •Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
