Job Description
The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the global IT infrastructure, resolving 2nd level IT tickets, and managing various cloud and on-prem systems. This role requires collaboration with international teams and a willingness to work in a shift-based model to ensure timely support.
Responsibilities
- •Administer and maintain the global IT infrastructure
- •Resolve 2nd level IT tickets raised by internal employees
- •Collaborate with the international IT Servicedesk Infrastructure Team
- •Manage Azure and Entra ID related systems, processes, services, and access rights
- •Manage Google Workspace Platform including directory service management and scripting
- •Perform structured troubleshooting and escalate issues to vendors
- •Manage global infrastructure including on-prem and cloud providers
Requirements
- •Good knowledge in administering and maintaining a SaaS, cloud, on-prem and clients environment comprising of Azure including, but not limited to, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Defender APIs, Powershell scripting, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux, Mac OS, iOS.
- •Microsoft O365 knowledge including Teams.
- •Good knowledge in managing Google Workspace Platform including directory service management and scripting.
- •Good knowledge in global infrastructure management including on-prem and Cloud providers.
- •Good knowledge in TCP/IP networks including, but not limited to, DNS, DHCP, routing, SSL.
- •A willingness to work in a shift-based model to ensure global coverage and timely support.
- •A basic understanding of ITIL ITSM processes.
