Job Description
The Senior Value Engineer at Celonis serves as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in achieving strategic goals and realizing value through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves managing the customer value journey, conducting value assessments, and collaborating with sales teams to drive business transformation across various industries.
Responsibilities
- •Translate customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects
- •Build specific Celonis business cases and demos
- •Run value workshops and engage with senior stakeholders
- •Identify and translate customers' strategic priorities into Celonis use cases
- •Facilitate business value workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement
- •Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
- •Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- •Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers to drive adoption and expansion
- •Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform
Requirements
- •Several years experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, analytics, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment.
- •Experience in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Software provider or a Consultancy, or alternatively in an in-house role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- •Expertise in the High-Tech Manufacturing sector and the ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- •Good knowledge of Business Software applications and experience in using and/or building dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- •Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value.
- •Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across aligned accounts that will be at different parts of the value journey.
- •Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- •Deep understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- •Degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
