Job Description

The role involves managing strategic accounts within the Pharmaceutical and Chemical sectors, utilizing a consultative sales approach to generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. The position requires collaboration across various teams and engagement with C-level stakeholders to drive complex sales cycles and achieve significant revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Strategic Accounts to expand business and position Celonis as a Strategic Transformation Partner
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders across lines of business
  • Represent the Celonis suite of solutions focusing on Finance and Supply Chain
  • Achieve individual revenue targets by closing six to seven-figure deals
  • Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams

Requirements

  • Approx. 10 years of total relevant work experience, including 4 years in Management Business Process Consulting, with complementary experience in SaaS Sales, In-house Consulting, or similar areas.
  • Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders at C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.) within Large Enterprise Customers.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of core enterprise processes and KPIs such as Finance and Supply Chain as well as other Chemical specific business areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the Chemical industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
