Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager leads and mentors a team of Residential Energy Specialists, overseeing their sales activities and ensuring adherence to company standards while educating homeowners about solar power and energy efficiency solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 6-8 Residential Energy Specialists and Sr. Residential Energy Specialists
- Meet and exceed all personal and team targets
- Coach, mentor and train new specialists on best practices in sales
- Assist team members with sales activities, including ride-alongs and managing customer inquiries
- Organize and oversee lead generation activities for the team
- Speak with potential customers about PosiGen's clean energy solutions
- Review team member scorecards and suggest training to improve performance
- Collaborate with Telemarketing professionals to confirm in-home appointments
- Host and conduct in-home solar events for 10 or more people
- Assist homeowners with executing documents and obtaining necessary paperwork for incentives
- Provide high level of customer service throughout the customer lifecycle
- Actively contact satisfied customers for referral opportunities
Requirements
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 60,000 - 150,000 USD
