The role involves supporting the MarTech team at Celonis by optimizing marketing automation processes and enhancing the tech stack, with hands-on experience in tools like Salesforce and Pardot. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing automation projects, executing webinars, and improving user experiences across various marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Pardot administrator with marketing automation projects
- Collaborate on the setup and execution of webinars using ON24
- Enhance the functionality and user experience of the website's chatbot
- Provide support across various MarTech-related initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business studies, or a related field, demonstrating a strong interest in applying technical skills within a marketing context.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally Pardot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in Excel and Google Sheets.
