Job Description
The Senior Solution Specialist at Celonis will support the sales team in positioning the company for SAP S/4HANA migrations, guiding customers through system transformations, and developing methodologies and enablement programs for field teams. The role requires expertise in system transformation projects and strong advisory skills to ensure successful customer implementations.
Responsibilities
- •Partner with the sales team to position Celonis for SAP S 4HANA migrations.
- •Act as a subject matter expert to help customers understand the value of Celonis.
- •Provide expert advisory services on process optimization and transformation strategy.
- •Manage and support customers through all phases of system transformation.
- •Collaborate with GSIs to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- •Design and implement a comprehensive methodology for integrating Celonis into SAP S 4HANA migrations.
- •Establish best practices and standards for system transformation and process mining.
- •Create and deliver training and enablement programs for field teams.
- •Develop educational content to support the learning journey of field and partner teams.
- •Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance field team expertise.
Requirements
- •5 years of experience in system transformation, specifically in SAP S 4HANA migration, with a focus on methodology development and enablement.
- •Proven experience guiding customers through complex end-to-end system transformations, from planning through post-implementation support.
- •Strong advisory, customer relationship, and consultative sales skills.
- •Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical solutions into business value.
- •Experience working in collaborative teams across sales, technical, and partner organizations.
- •Proven experience developing and standardizing processes, frameworks, and methodologies for large-scale transformation projects.
- •Strong experience in creating and delivering enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and hands-on support for technical and sales teams.
- •Business proficiency in both German and English.
- •This role will require some travel to support customers and work closely with field teams across the globe.
