Job Description
The Senior Consultant at Celonis will lead agile project teams to drive digital transformation for customers by developing data-driven process insights and complex data models using SQL. This role involves analyzing customer processes, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring optimal use of Celonis technology to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation process using Celonis technology.
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
- Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps with Machine Learning algorithms.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvement approaches.
- Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for improving process inefficiencies.
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement Excellence or a similar area.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
