The Systems Administrator will support a cloud-based IT environment, focusing on device management, cloud service administration, user onboarding, and IT support, ensuring a seamless experience for employees across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cloud-based IT environment
- Manage user accounts and device configuration
- Provide IT support for cloud-based applications
- Onboard users and ensure device security
- Support users across multiple states
- Manage a wide range of IT assets
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
- Experience in device management, cloud service administration, and user onboarding.
- Ability to provide IT support and manage user device security.
- Experience supporting users across multiple locations, specifically across 10 states.
- Ability to manage a wide range of assets including laptops, phones, modules, and warehouse tools.
