Job Description
The position involves supporting the Talent Acquisition team at Esri by coordinating interviews, managing recruiting data, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Responsibilities
- •Coordinate phone and onsite interviews, travel arrangements, and new hire activities.
- •Maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system.
- •Resolve data discrepancies and keep individuals informed.
- •Coordinate workflow processes with team members and groups.
- •Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- •Demonstrate strong initiative and follow-up in both independent and team settings.
Requirements
- •2 years of experience in an administrative role
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly
- •Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- •Experience with employee customer interactions and correspondence
- •Strong customer service skills
- •Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- •High school diploma or equivalent
