Job Description
The role involves leveraging geospatial technology to develop and implement location strategies for organizations, while building relationships with customers to optimize their use of Esri technology. The position requires a customer-oriented individual with experience in enterprise sales or consulting, who can identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and implement location strategies for organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities for customers.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge relevant to GIS applications.
- Identify key stakeholders and understand customer budgeting processes.
- Articulate the value of Esri technology across various industries.
- Execute account management and sales processes for opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to define and execute account strategies.
Requirements
- 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Understanding of GIS, Esri technology, and various industries as they relate to one another.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various industries and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor's in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
