Job Description
The DG Sales Director at Peak Energy will lead business development efforts for renewable energy projects in Singapore and across Asia, focusing on deal generation, strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts to drive the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and pursue new distributed generation projects in Singapore
- •Own and hit sales targets for PPA services by creating and nurturing opportunities
- •Prepare commercial offers, lead negotiations, and secure PPAs
- •Manage multiple sales projects with different timelines
- •Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with channel partners and suppliers
- •Represent Peak Energy at external events such as conferences and exhibitions
- •Ensure sales, cost estimation, and return on investment KPIs are upheld
- •Coordinate efforts of local offices to provide a seamless customer experience
- •Engage with C-level counterparts to propose decarbonization strategies
- •Build new business models centered around BESS for customers
Requirements
- •10 years of experience developing business in distributed generation renewable energy projects.
- •Thorough understanding of multi-million-dollar capital investment decision-making.
- •Ability to lead multi-million-dollar tenders.
- •Project finance knowledge.
- •Proven ability to operate effectively with little oversight.
- •Commercial acumen.
- •Track record of negotiating and closing complex contracts.
- •Understanding of associated project risks with ability to install proper risk management framework.
- •Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the renewable energy landscape.
