Job Description
The Sales Manager for Insider in Mexico City will be responsible for driving sales growth of the company's AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platform, leveraging innovative products and flexible commercial strategies to disrupt the B2B SaaS sales community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in the Mexico City region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, specifically in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and marketing platforms.
- Ability to connect data across channels and predict future behavior using AI.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
