Job Description
The Client Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing processes within the US Billing department, while maintaining strong relationships with Property Managers and clients through proactive communication and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- •Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents
- •Process Client Remittances and reporting in a timely manner
- •Establish strong relationships with Property Managers and clients
- •Provide excellent client service through proactive communication
- •Facilitate Client requests and resolve inquiries across Metergy
Requirements
- •Participate in the completion of tasks required to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the US Billing department.
- •Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for the resident.
- •Ensure timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances and reporting.
- •Establish strong, positive relationships with the assigned Property Managers and clients.
- •Provide excellent client service through proactive communication, timely billing and reporting, and facilitation of Client requests.
- •Work across Metergy to resolve any inquiries.
