Job Description
The Project Controls Manager will lead the enhancement of complex construction project delivery through effective project controls, focusing on cost, schedule, change, and risk management. This role involves developing scalable solutions, maximizing team development, and ensuring project outcomes align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the controls for cost, schedule, change, and risk on projects.
- Maximise the development of your team and educate clients.
- Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools.
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure project understanding and focus on the plan.
Requirements
- You must be located and have the current right to work in the UK EU.
- Solid capability in controls of cost, schedule and change.
- Expert developer of processes and reporting which take into account strategic objectives and the broad context you are operating in.
- The charisma, influence and presence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
- A proven leader, coach, and developer of teams.
- A track record of implementing scalable and repeatable solutions in projects that had a significant positive impact.
