Job Description
A Talent Consultant at Zartis is responsible for full-cycle technical recruitment, sourcing and hiring top global engineering talent across various industries, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with standards. The role involves building relationships with stakeholders, managing recruitment processes, and representing the company professionally in a remote, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and team goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with standards and policies.
- Support sourcing efforts by advising on best practices and methods.
- Represent the company to strengthen the employer brand and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency side.
- Solid understanding of the technology landscape, or the ability to quickly acquire it, with demonstrated capability to assess technical profiles across a broad range of engineering disciplines.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes end-to-end.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS tools.
- Lever experience is a plus and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and ISO standards.
- A proactive, candidate-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
- Strong professional proficiency in English, along with fluency in at least one additional language.
