Job Description
A Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly, visually appealing web interfaces, translating complex requirements into design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience in web-based applications, primarily within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling web application interfaces.
- Translate complex business and functional requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand and product vision.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and validation to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Create, test, and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Contribute to product discovery, ideation, and development phases with a UX and user-advocacy focus.
- Stay updated with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to improve user experience.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience designing UI UX for digital products, ideally in complex or data-driven environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work, visual design quality, and measurable impact on product outcomes.
- Proven experience working with design systems, rapid prototyping, and user research methodologies.
- High proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing logistics or operations-focused products is a strong plus.
