Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for leading product discovery, strategy, and delivery in the European supply chain and logistics sector, focusing on compliance, efficiency, transparency, and sustainability across EU markets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and delivery for EU-based supply chain and logistics clients
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with European regulatory and operational requirements
- Ensure product features comply with EU standards such as GDPR, customs regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Conduct market research and customer interviews across European markets to identify opportunities and validate solutions
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Promote and implement agile and lean product development practices within cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and transparency in supply chain processes
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in product management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software environments.
- Experience working with European supply chain systems and understanding of EU regulatory frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise and supply chain platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance day-to-day product management workflows, including research, documentation, analysis, prioritisation, and decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in distributed environments.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
