Job Description
A Senior Business Analyst at Xpansiv will work with stakeholders and technical teams to design, deliver, and optimize registry solutions for digital assets and environmental commodities, leveraging deep analytical skills and project leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to design, deliver, and optimize registry solutions for digital assets, environmental commodities, and data-driven products.
- Analyze registry operations and data systems to support project requirements and improvements.
- Lead projects related to registry solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Provide deep analytical insights to inform decision-making and process enhancements in registry operations.
Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in designing, delivering, and optimizing registry solutions for digital assets, environmental commodities, and data-driven products.
- Deep analytical skills necessary to work effectively with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of registry operations or data systems in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience working with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to develop registry solutions.
- Ability to lead projects and work independently in a global environment.
- Knowledge of environmental commodities, digital assets, or related data systems is required.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Educational background or training relevant to data systems, environmental commodities, or related fields (implied by the need for relevant skills and experience).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of $120,000 - $130,000, varies by region based on skills, experience, knowledge, education, and training
