Job Description
A Product Designer at Xpansiv will focus on designing technical products related to energy and environmental commodities markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, conduct user research, and develop solutions that meet customer needs and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and conduct user research to understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, commercial, and marketing teams to support product development and roadmaps.
- Design solutions for technical products that address complex problems.
- Represent customer needs throughout the product development process.
Requirements
- Experience designing for technical products and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Ability to analyze current workflows, conduct user research, and work with multiple stakeholders to understand the company's strategy.
- Experience working closely with engineering, product, commercial, and marketing teams to support organizational goals and product roadmaps.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation in New York expected to be between $165,000 and $185,000
