Job Description
Our Engineering Integration Manager will lead and manage the integration of multidisciplinary engineering activities to deliver technically robust, compliant and optimized solutions for nuclear facility projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory standards and stakeholder requirements across the project lifecycle. This role interfaces with various teams, including engineering, project controls, licensing, supply chain, quality, safety, manufacturing, testing, operations, and/or construction functions.
Work is at both strategic and tactical levels to understand customer/client needs, communicate project needs and responsibilities to both external subcontracted vendor organizations and/or internal matrixed teams, and ensure project execution is consistent with the program plan and requirements. This leadership role will integrate across teams designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex systems, structures, and components for next-generation advanced reactor plants.
