Job Description

Wunder believes connecting with your team members is instrumental to job satisfaction and your ability to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a systems-minded operator who loves bringing structure to complexity and driving real-world impact. As our project portfolio expands, you’ll move solar projects forward by executing critical workflows and improving the processes behind them.
Specifically, you’ll execute and refine a range of tasks across Wunder’s solar portfolio. Many of these tasks are structured, software-enabled workflows inside Astra, our proprietary development platform. You’ll take ownership of these workflows, driving throughput, ensuring high-quality execution, and continuously improving the underlying processes.
Through this work, you’ll gain deep exposure to the inner workings of solar development at scale. Wunder’s ability to deploy assets quickly and consistently is powered by Astra, which encodes market intelligence, identifies patterns, and automates large portions of execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Wunder’s Technology team to refine the logic, data, and automation that guide development and ensure consistent quality.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving operational puzzles, and want your work to directly expand renewable energy deployment across the country, this role is for you.

Requirements

A Strong Foundation - You’re a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role. This could be in Project Management, Solar Development or adjacent industries that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable executing mission-critical tasks, managing details, and building scalable processes.
You Keep the Ball Moving - You take pride in executing clearly defined tasks with accuracy and speed. You stay organized, hit deadlines consistently, and keep work moving so the team can deliver projects without bottlenecks.
You’re Detail Oriented - You know the devil is in the details and you go the extra mile to ensure all your i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. You’re able to translate nuanced requirements into step-by-step processes that ensure consistent quality.
You’re Eager and Ready to Learn - You are at the beginning of an exciting career and you’re ready to get your feet wet and learn all about how the solar development world works. You want to get your hands dirty and try new things, all while saving the planet.
You Have a Team Ethos - You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission. You’re not just excited to work cross-functionally, you crave it.
You Believe That No Problem is Too Hard - In an industry where people are constantly stuck, we find ways to get it done. You know how to articulate and roll out solutions, recognizing there are many solutions to the same problem. You find new and effective ways to streamline and create processes to increase efficiency.
Located in Boulder or Denver, CO - Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder/Denver area.
