Key Responsibilities
Execute and refine workflows within Wunder's solar development platform to advance solar projects.
Take ownership of software-enabled processes, ensuring high-quality and efficient project execution.
Collaborate with the Technology team to improve automation, data accuracy, and development logic.
Manage detailed tasks to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
Contribute to process improvements to increase operational efficiency in solar project deployment.
Requirements
You are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Solar Development, or adjacent industries that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable executing mission-critical tasks, managing details, and building scalable processes.
You take pride in executing clearly defined tasks with accuracy and speed, staying organized, hitting deadlines consistently, and keeping work moving so the team can deliver projects without bottlenecks.
You are detail-oriented and able to translate nuanced requirements into step-by-step processes that ensure consistent quality.
You are eager and ready to learn about how the solar development world works, willing to get your hands dirty, try new things, and contribute to saving the planet.
You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment with people who are passionate about their work and mission, and you enjoy working cross-functionally.
