The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing the development and submission of high-quality proposals in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams to support business growth and client engagement in the water and environmental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of proposal development from decision to completion and delivery
Collaborate with Marketing, Client Managers, Practice Leaders, and Project Managers to produce high-quality, timely responses to RFPs and SOQs
Support the proposal process from short-list selection through interview presentation
Organize and coordinate proposal content, deadlines, and submission materials
Utilize desktop publishing skills to produce polished and impactful proposals
Requirements
Experience as a Proposal Coordinator who independently manages all phases of proposal development from the go decision through completion and delivery, including supporting the process from short-list selection to interview presentation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous proposal deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Outstanding communication skills suitable for collaborating with Marketing, Client Managers, Practice Leaders, and Project Managers.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively across multiple projects and teams.
Proficiency in desktop publishing and producing polished, impactful proposals.
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple managers across teams.
Experience in producing high-quality responses to RFPs and SOQs.
Location flexibility with a preference for candidates located in Portland, ME; Canton, MA; or Providence, RI, with hybrid work from the office 3 days a week.
