Job Description

Requirements
- A strong work ethic and the desire to learn
- Operation and maintenance experience at a wastewater treatment facility, or any equivalent combination of similar work experience and education.
- Massachusetts Grade 3 license preferred or the ability to obtain within a reasonable time frame
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, other personnel, and the general public.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Familiarity with biological/chemical treatment processes with particular aptitude for laboratory analysis, record keeping, and facility maintenance.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
