Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical, technical, and regulatory support to ensure smooth operations at the Water Reclamation Facility and related systems, requiring accuracy, independence, and effective work methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Bradenton facility.
- Perform technical, regulatory, and office support tasks related to the Water Reclamation Facility, lift stations, and collections system.
- Develop work methods and sequences with minimal supervision to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Bradenton facility to ensure smooth and effective operations for the Water Reclamation Facility, lift stations, and collections system.
- Perform a variety of technical, regulatory, and office support tasks requiring accuracy, independence, and the ability to develop work methods and sequences with minimal supervision.
