Job Description
The Battery Algorithm Engineer Intern at Wisk will work with the Energy Storage and Power Systems team to develop next-generation battery modeling and algorithm solutions, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of Wisk Gen 6 aircraft batteries during a 12-week hands-on internship program.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of Wisk Gen 6 aircraft batteries
- Develop next generation battery modeling solutions
- Create algorithm solutions for energy storage and power systems
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the US for the duration of the internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must live in the US at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins.
- Must be either a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college.
- Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0; transcripts are required.
- Must be an enrolled student at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks full-time for 3 months.
