Job Description
Voltus represents the potential of us to better manage energy through simple, cost and risk-free demand response programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Run onboarding projects end to end and keep every site’s status current and visible
- Work day to day with site contacts, operations leads, and energy champions on curtailment plans, documentation, and installation
- Hand off cleanly to and from Sales, Field Engineering, Market Ops, and Dispatch Ops so nothing stalls between teams
- Support customers through dispatch events and follow up when a site underperforms
- Spot the sticking points in onboarding and fix them, whether that’s a better handoff, a clearer template, or a tighter way of tracking
