Job Description
As part of the Strategic Planning and Performance Management team, the Specialist I is responsible for managing customer acquisition & retention budget & transaction planning for the Residential line of business.
Requirements
- 7 years of work experience in quantitative business functions such as FP&A, Data Science, Revenue Management or Business Intelligence
- Experience gained thru college degree or certifications is applicable to above skills (Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 4+ years or equivalent 7+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Data Analytics preferred
- Must have advanced experience in data modeling, SQL and/or Snowflake, Python and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Prompt engineering experience is a plus
