Job Description
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution of all mechanical work across the facility.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of mechanical maintenance experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments required.
- Supervisory or lead experience with direct responsibility for team performance preferred.
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, valves, and mechanical systems required.
- Experience with work management systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.) preferred.
- Proven ability to set expectations, enforce standards, and drive accountability.
