Job Description
This role manages employee relations (ER) functions for Vistra by investigating ER issues and determining appropriate remedial, disciplinary, or other actions; reviewing and interpreting policies; developing and delivering ER training, supporting labor and employment litigation, and supporting employee-related programs
Requirements
- •
- Five or more years of relevant professional ER and interview experience required
- Three or more years managing and HR or ER team and processes
- Labor and employment law knowledge, awareness of HR trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and oral, with all levels and areas of the company
- High school diploma or certificate of equivalency
- Certification as SPHR or PHR preferred
- Occasional travel will be required
