Job Description
This experienced role owns the property tax function end to end, including asset valuation, assessment review, appeals, compliance filings, and accruals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMI, or similar certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant property tax experience; Big 4 accounting firm or property tax valuation firm background preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and property tax requirements and the underlying policies, practices, and procedures of public companies.
- Prior experience managing outside tax providers, with strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
