Job Description
The Nuclear Performance Assessor is responsible for evaluating overall station performance by independently assessing the overall organization to identify problem areas where the station is not meeting targets for excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree, BS in technical discipline is preferred or 6 years of service in nuclear power in various disciplines. A technical degree may be used to supplement years of experience.

- The ideal candidate will have a broad, varied background in nuclear power with experience in three or more departments.
- The candidate should be on the Ready Now or Ready 1-2 years for a Senior Manager position.
- A Senior Reactor Operator License or Management Certification (SRO) is desired.
