Job Description
The Major Projects – Senior Manager, Projects supports Vistra’s nuclear growth initiatives by managing execution of complex nuclear projects, including Extended Power Uprates.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of nuclear industry experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects as a lead project manager or site manager of projects.
- Strong background in project management, engineering, and construction oversight.
- Familiarity with finance, project controls, and cost/schedule management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and regulators.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to support project execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
- PMP certification required.
- Professional Engineer (preferred).
