Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Programs is responsible for ensuring nuclear licensing basis programs remain current, compliant, and implementation-ready throughout execution of the multi-billion-dollar Extended Power Uprate (EPU) project. This role owns the uprate’s cross-cutting program alignment, managing changes to Fire Protect
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
- 10+ years of nuclear industry experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing nuclear programs or engineering.
- Deep knowledge of nuclear licensing basis programs: Fire Protection (FPP), Environmental Qualification (EQ), procedures, and training.
- Previous SRO or RO required
- Strong knowledge of NRC regulations, NQA-1 standards, and INPO/WANO program requirements.
- Experience managing large teams.
