Job Description
Reporting into the Power Fundamentals team, this role builds and deploys models that extend and reinforce the group's existing analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- •5+ years of prior experience in Power Modeling, Power Flow Analysis, Data Science, Quantitative Analysis, or related discipline
- •Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
- •Production cost modeling skills and experience strongly preferred (PSO, Promod, Aurora, etc.)
- •Significant experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
- •Market design experience is a plus
- •Strong communication, presentation, and report preparation skills are required
- •Strong analytical, mathematical, and process modeling skills and experience
- •Minimum education is High School Diploma or equivalency
