Job Description

This role involves developing and managing a new B2B2C sales channel across Germany in the air conditioning and ventilation sector, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, sales optimization, and ensuring high-quality service to contribute to the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities across Germany within the Sales as a Service framework, focusing on quality assurance and achieving sales targets
  • Acquire new customers and maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in the air conditioning technology sector
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Collect customer and partner feedback to support service improvements
  • Optimize sales channels in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Ensure smooth operation of customer systems in coordination with specialist partners and technical service
  • Develop sales-relevant training concepts in cooperation with the Viessmann Academy

Requirements

  • Completing commercial or technical training or studies, ideally with a focus on ventilation, heating, or air conditioning technology.
  • Bringing several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the residential and commercial ventilation sector or similar.
  • Proven leadership experience of at least 5 years.
  • Feeling confident in using IT applications such as Salesforce, MS Office programs, or SAP.
  • Being known for strong customer focus and negotiating skills, with a great love of sales.
  • Using powers of persuasion to bring projects to the finish line and make customers happy.
  • Being organized, results-oriented, and having a high level of comprehension.
  • Communicating business fluently in written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
