Job Description
A Performance Marketing Manager in Berlin responsible for managing and optimizing international SEM, paid social, and display advertising campaigns, analyzing KPIs, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SEM, paid social ads, and display RTB campaigns in international markets
- Conduct competitive analyses and optimize landing pages and ad texts
- Track, analyze, and optimize advertising channels such as remarketing and Google Display Network
- Conceive and implement online advertising campaigns with sales and budget responsibility
- Analyze KPIs and optimize campaign performance
- Test and evaluate new SEM, Meta Ads, and display features and betas
- Monitor international markets and identify performance marketing trends
- Maintain and optimize tracking for paid media channels
Requirements
- At least four years of practical experience in search and display advertising.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Native Advertising.
- Experience in programmatic advertising is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a high affinity for numbers.
- Results-oriented work approach, a high degree of initiative and self-discipline, as well as a creative mindset when creating ads.
- Very good knowledge of web analytics and tracking.
- Server Side Tracking knowledge.
- Good knowledge in dealing with Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, Native Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of German and English languages.
