Key Responsibilities
- The Principal Engineer – Electronics Simulation (EMI/EMC) is responsible for leading the development and implementation of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) simulation strategies across product development lifecycle.
- The role drives simulation-driven design practices to improve first-pass certification success, reduce dependency on external testing, and accelerate product development timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in data center / power infrastructure products
- Experience in global product development environment
- Exposure to building simulation capabilities or CoE
- Systems-level engineering mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate simulation insights into design improvements
- Collaboration across cross-functional and global teams
- Leadership and mentoring capability
