Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor troubleshooting on equipment to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation with minimal downtime in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on equipment
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, tighten, and replace worn parts
- Record maintenance results and report abnormalities
- Follow technical procedures and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with production teams for maintenance scheduling
- Support minor troubleshooting under supervision
- Conduct post-maintenance checks to ensure equipment stability
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as a digital multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator
- Basic English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering
