Job Description

A Data Analyst role focused on collecting, managing, and verifying data from various sources, including government entities, to support infrastructure investment operations. The position involves data entry, maintaining database accuracy, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, with a need for strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system
  • Perform daily administration tasks including data entry and progress monitoring
  • Support team with answering data queries and updating records
  • Initiate proactive communication with government entities to request relevant information
  • Identify and engage with suitable contacts within government agencies to gather data
  • Organize and manage collected data within a structured database system
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the database through regular updates and data cleansing
  • Implement and uphold compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
  • Utilize research methodologies to verify suitable contacts within government bodies

Requirements

  • Accurate collection of data from various sources and entry in CRM system
  • Performing data entry and administrative tasks related to data management
  • Monitoring progress to ensure meeting of daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Supporting the team with answering data queries and updating records as required
  • Initiating proactive communication with government entities to request relevant information
  • Identifying and engaging with suitable contacts within government agencies to gather required data
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous approach while interacting with government officials
  • Organizing and managing collected data within a structured database system
  • Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of the database by regular updates and data cleansing
  • Implementing and upholding compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations during all stages of data handling
  • Utilizing research methodologies to identify and verify suitable contacts within government bodies
  • Possessing a degree in a relevant discipline (preferred but not essential)
  • Having a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture
  • Being detail conscious and concerned for accuracy
  • Having intermediate working knowledge of Excel
  • Having excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
  • Being comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrating a professional approach and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively balance speaking in German and in English
