A Key Account Manager responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
Build and develop relationships with prospective clients and property owners.
Achieve targets related to origination funnel management and closings.
Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
Contribute to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
Support strategic initiatives and product development to enhance market competitiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
Exceptional negotiation skills with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
Experience originating within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries
Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
