Job Description

A Key Account Manager responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
  • Build and develop relationships with prospective clients and property owners.
  • Achieve targets related to origination funnel management and closings.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support strategic initiatives and product development to enhance market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
  • Experience originating within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries
  • Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
