Job Description

The Data Researcher at Unison is responsible for collecting and entering data from various sources into the CRM system, supporting administrative tasks, monitoring progress towards goals, and assisting the team with data queries to support the company's infrastructure investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system
Perform daily administrative tasks related to data entry and management
Monitor progress to ensure meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Assist the team by answering data queries and updating records
Support site management with duties that facilitate changing operational demands

Requirements

Accurate collection of data from various sources and entry in CRM system
Performing data entry and administrative tasks including data entry
Monitoring progress to ensure meeting of daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Supporting the team with answering data queries and updating records as required
Ability to perform other appropriate duties as required by Unison Site Management to facilitate changing demands
A degree in a relevant discipline would be great but not essential
Detail conscious and concerned for accuracy
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
Demonstrable professional approach and positive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively balance speaking in German and in English
Work hours are flexible with some mandatory overlap with U.S. business hours for team conference calls
