Job Description
A Data Analyst role focused on accurate data collection, entry, and management to support business operations in a telecom and renewables investment firm. The position involves monitoring progress, answering data queries, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to data management
- Monitor progress to ensure meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Assist the team with answering data queries and updating records
- Support site management with duties that facilitate changing operational demands
Requirements
- Accurate collection of data from various sources and entry in CRM system
- Performing data entry and data administration tasks including data entry
- Monitoring of progress to ensure meeting of daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Supporting the team with answering data queries and updating records as required
- Ability to perform other appropriate duties as required by Unison Site Management to facilitate changing demands
- A degree in a relevant discipline would be great but not essential
- Detail conscious and concerned for accuracy
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
- Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
- Demonstrable professional approach and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively balance speaking in Spanish and in English
- Work hours are flexible, with some mandatory overlap with U.S. business hours for team conference calls
