Job Description

A detail-oriented Data Analyst responsible for collecting, managing, and ensuring the accuracy of data from various sources, supporting team communication, and maintaining data security within a structured database environment. The role involves administrative tasks, proactive communication with authorities, and supporting reporting and data governance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and accurately enter data from various sources into the CRM system.
  • Organize, maintain, and ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of datasets in a structured database environment.
  • Respond to team data queries and update records as needed.
  • Proactively contact government entities to request information, track responses, and document outcomes.
  • Identify and engage appropriate contacts within public authorities using research methods.
  • Monitor progress toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals and assist in preparing reports and status updates.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to data entry and records management.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data handling procedures throughout data processing.
  • Support team communication and collaboration efforts.

Requirements

  • Collect data accurately from various internal and external sources and enter it into the CRM system.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to data entry and records management.
  • Organize and maintain datasets in a structured database environment.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data through regular updates and data cleansing.
  • Follow GDPR and internal data handling procedures at every stage of data processing.
  • Answer data queries from the team and update records as required.
  • Proactively contact government entities to request information, track responses, and document outcomes.
  • Identify and engage the right contacts within public authorities using structured research methods.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous approach in all interactions with authorities.
  • Monitor progress toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals and help prepare basic reports and status updates.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Unison Site Management as the needs evolve.
  • Possess strong computer literacy and be quick to learn new tools and systems.
  • Have intermediate proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  • Be detail conscious with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Have clear written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Be able to organize workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Work comfortably both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a professional attitude, positive mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess the ability to switch effectively between German and English.
