Job Description
The Acquisitions Advisor will be responsible for supporting the acquisition of telecom and renewables infrastructure assets, contributing to the company's expansion and investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential telecom and renewables infrastructure assets for acquisition
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis of prospective assets
- Negotiate acquisition terms and facilitate transaction processes
Requirements
- Experience in acquisitions advisory or related roles within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate asset acquisitions in the telecom and renewables infrastructure industries
- Strong understanding of investment processes and asset valuation in telecom and renewables sectors
- Proven track record of working on asset acquisition transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, expanding organization
- Relevant educational background in finance, economics, business, or related fields
