• Manage real estate transactions in Germany from structuring through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, lease agreements, purchase agreements, LOIs, and notarial deeds
• Conduct legal due diligence in real estate including title checks, lease audits, and risk assessments
• Oversee transaction closings , including preparation of closing documents and financial coordination
• Collaborate with notaries, external counsel, banks, fund managers, and real estate advisors
• Act as a key contact for brokers, site owners, and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the US legal team and European leadership on cross-border matters
• Manage legal documentation using tools such as SharePoint , ensuring compliance and audit readiness
• Support property tax and regulatory legal matters in Germany
• Contribute to European expansion projects , supporting transactions in additional jurisdictions
• Train internal teams on real estate law, transactions, and legal best practices
• Qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) or equivalent European legal qualification
• Strong experience in real estate law, property law, or infrastructure transactions
• Proven expertise in due diligence, contract negotiation, and transaction management
• Experience working with notaries and external advisors in Germany
• Background in commercial real estate, telecom infrastructure, or investment transactions is a plus
• Excellent legal drafting skills in German and English
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
• Fluent in German and English (legal and business level)
